The wildlife park has lots of different zones, with loads of amazing animals on your trip here. The animals here come from around the world and when you visit you might see a fish from a Yorkshire stream, a lemur from the forests of Madagascar or a wallaby from the Australian bush. On the farm you can see the domesticated animals which include alpaca and goats. The Wildlife of the World corridor takes you through a variety of different creatures from around the world, all of which will leave little ones intrigued and mesmerised.

The Animal Tails storytelling provides a unique activity for children and these are run by the students at the park. Watch out for the seasonal events too which run at the park. They have 'Going Green' at Christmas and 'Mythical Beasts' during school holidays which provides lots of fun for all ages.

You can get up close and personal with the animals through some of the experiences they have here. For £29 you can get an Animal Encounter pass to meet lemurs, reptiles or the nocturnal animals. They also have Keeper for a Day passes where you can find out what it is like being a zoo keeper. You will join the team for a day and help them clean, feed and care for the awesome animals they have here. These experiences are for children aged 8 and over and include admission. For younger children aged 5-8 there are Little Keeper Experiences that last an hour.
